Customer Service Leader - Gr.China (Job Number: 190013W-01)


  • Manage the day to day operations of theteam, drive operational efficiency and discipline

  • Monitor and adjust workload across CSRs tomaximize throughput

  • Builds and manages daily/weekly schedules tomeet commitments

  • Establish and maintain suitable performancemanagement system, monitoring result to identify improvement opportunity

  • Works to ensure seamless transitions withinthe team and to/from the supply chain/enablement/order fulfilment team sothat customer experience is positive

  • Collaborates with CS stakeholders(OCs, Enablement, SC, logistics) on areas of improvement, ensuring clearaccountability and appropriate coordination for each improvement activity

  • Works with sales team to identifyissues/bottlenecks within business processes

  • Manages the planning and operations tosupport business continuity and disaster recovery

  • Responsible for SOX/International tradecompliance and signing off on the Internal and SOX controls

  • Develops the medium and long term strategicworkforce plan and manages the intersections with other HR processes suchas performance management and succession planning


  • Bachelors (or higher) degree in Science orrelevant disciplines

  • Strong communication skills are needed, bothoral and written in both Chinese and English

  • Demonstrated strong networking,interpersonal skills and professionalism to deal with all levels ofmanagement, personnel and business representatives

  • Demonstrated strong change management skills

  • Strong knowledge and experience of SAPsystem is preferred

  • Supply Chain and Business process expertiseis preferred, understanding of DIBM/DLF
