For the agricultural division we are looking for Sales Effectiveness & Digital Enablement Manager. The role reports to the Country Commercial Effectiveness Manager.


Serve as key resource to support business in creating competitive advantage that will drive farmers, retailers and distributors experience, resulting in market share and volumetric growth. The incumbent will lead the efforts in digital marketing communications and sales enablement to build sales team capabilities that will accelerate overall effectiveness and increase per person productivity as well as improve our Go-To-Market strategy.


  • Analyze market trends &opportunities. Develop and implement strategies that increase both unit salesand improve overall territory planning in an ensure optimal per personoutreach

  • Develop robust plans to improvecustomer face time and strong channel management

  • Act as a training and referenceresource for the Sales Team and provide educational and technical informationthat will facilitate profitable sales of the products including providing alltechnical specifications / characteristics of hybrids or varieties, developingand conducting training sessions for the sales and channel partners

  • Analyze competition, overall trendsin the market, COGS, supply position, demand fulfillment and demand generationstrategies of the competition

  • Implementation of new technologiesand digital tools to evaluate and monitor sales efforts vs results (CRM andother digital tools)


  • Suggesting effective operationalroad map to achieve penetration %, retention % and concentration as per settarget.

  • Monitor price-value responses,marketing campaign efficiency,

  • Develop plan to improve customerface time and effective support to channel management.

  • Continuous assessment of territory'spotential and opportunity planning.

  • Enable sale team to improve perperson area coverage as per set target.

  • Measuring the success ofdigitalization proposed to evaluate sales effort Vs. result.




  • Higher business ortechnical degree, preferably in agriculture

  • Previous commercialexperience in agriculture industry is a must

  • Knowledge of best practicesrelated to sales operations

  • Fluency in English
