EKC Technology, part of DuPont Electronics & Communications, is the leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals used in the removal of photoresist and post-dry etch process residue. EKC owns various semiconductor manufacturing processes and supplies a complete line of chemistry used in the BEOL (Back End of Line) for Advanced Interconnect applications.
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Driving the understanding of new test metrology technology and measurement techniques to ensure that our measurement capabilities meeting new product development roadmaps.
Be responsible for developing new measurement method and ensure accuracy of the test method to support R&D formulation development and application work.
Optimizing and maintaining the calibration of metrology equipment systems.
Evaluating new metrology tools to determine lowest COO solutions with the highest accuracy and precision for deployment in R&D and application
Support SEM equipment and it’s required experimental work
Support R&D pilot line chemical sample preparation
Ensure chemical lab safety

Successful Candidates For This Position Will Have
Previous experience with metrology in semiconductor industry
Equipment related experience in instrumentation and calibration procedures of metrology systems.
Strong understanding of semiconductor materials
Experience with chemical handling
At least two - three years related working experience Education M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry with more than three years’ working experience is preferred.
