KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Innovation teams to generate sales enablement tools and related technical information for a growing gut health portfolio and supporting services. Tools include technical reports, in-field sampling reports, sales presentations, and economic calculators. Optimize tools to best communicate product mode of action and customer benefits in order to drive sales growth

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of technical sales trainings to internal and external audiences (in person and online) for Dansico Animal Nutrition’s (DAN) broad health portfolio including probiotics, prebiotics and essential oils

  • Deliver effective thought leadership communications at both scientific and commercial conferences

  • Collect and assess DAN technical information and Competitor technical product information in order to help create competitive differentiation and rebuttal tools. Oversee and coordinate competitor product testing aligned with DAN product and commercial strategy

  • In collaboration with Sales and Innovation, develop specialized Technical Services (e.g. softwares) as needed to support product differentiation and sales (e.g. Rapid assessment tools)

  • Support the provision of technical information presented in trade magazine articles, press releases, brochures and websites

Qualifications

  • Masters degree or above in Microbiology or Animal Health related subject

  • 3+ years of related Animal Health/Nutrition experience

  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts – customer needs, competitor and market analysis

  • Fluent in English both oral and written. Other languages would be beneficial, but not essential
