Security Service Delivery Leader (Job Number: 015779W-01)


Purpose of Position:

As Global Security Service Delivery Leader for DuPont, the candidate will be responsible for service delivery DuPont’s “Security” and:

1.Manage and coordinate change(s) impacting the application portfolio and lead incident response efforts within service delivery for any incidents impacting the application portfolio

2.Manage overall service delivery supply (Suppliers and DuPont) to deliver against prioritized enhancement and break/fix demand

3.Communicate, socialize, and integrate change and release plans with overall release scheduler

4.Provide consult by identifying and communicating service delivery implications of changes to business process standards

5.Broad and current knowledge and experience in information security concepts, trends and practices and experience of using various security products and solutions

6.Sound knowledge and experience in Application & Infrastructure security, risks and controls associated with it

7.Strong Project Management skills

8.Previous experience in developing and delivering Information Security programs across a diverse set of geographies, lines of business, threat environments and regulatory schemes

Key Responsibilities include thefollowing associated with the Security Operation Manager Portfolio:

Responsible for integrated incident, problem management, change, release management, and testing associated with non-impact, operational readiness, and transition acceptance

Responsible for communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service

Responsible for service delivery decisions made to ensure application service level targets are met or exceeded (e.g. performance and availability)

Responsible for information security and compliance

Performing on going monitoring of traffic, alerts, logs, events using suitable tools

Ensuring user education, training, and compliance through the systems lifecycle

Conducting periodic verifications and automating the verification processes for compliance

Monitoring security happenings world-wide and keeping a technology watch

Conducting and facilitating forensic audits where required.

Ensuring different units with their own data centers and networks comply with company policies to prevent compromises

Provide guidance and support to all the security officers in other business units and work with them for compliance

Develop and maintain readiness for cyber incident response and recovery as necessary


Skills, Education and Experience

•BE / B Tech in Computer Science preferably with certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH and technically proficient in modern tools

•At least 10 years of relevant experience with specialization in IT Security

•Strong Knowledge of IT Security

Leadership Competencies

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Managing externally contracted team resources.

•Ability to work with cross functional global teams

Technical Competencies

•Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies

•Experience working with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles

•ITIL certifications preferred
