Customer Service Specialist - NA Tyvek (Job Number: 016116W-01)

DuPont Protection Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to enable growth across the North America market segments for Tyvek®. The specialist will serve as the key business liaison between DuPont Protection Solutions (DPS) and Corporate Customer Care (CCC). The role facilitates the understanding of critical business needs on behalf of DPS to the CCC team in order to drive the execution of key business objectives while also managing any changes that involve the customer service organization.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Primary contact with CCC on business issues related to customer service

  • Key interface to drive solutions regarding inventory, new products, policy changes, product quality, etc.,

  • Establish monthly meetings to discuss open tasks and provide business updates

  • Organize applicable quarter-end execution forums

  • Create/Update customer service related process improvement profiles

  • Ensures the adherence to applicable regional sales policies

  • Supports eSolutions onboarding and performance improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related significant business experience of a minimum of 10 years in customer service and/or supply chain

  • Strong results orientation profile

  • Ability to build sustainable and collaborative relationships

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders both internal and external

  • Solid communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

The position reports to the North America Sales Ops Leader.
