Customer Service Specialist - NA Kevlar and Nomex (Job Number: 015070W-01)

DuPont Protection Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to enable growth across the North America market segments for Kevlar® and Nomex®. The specialist will serve as the key business liaison between DuPont Protection Solutions (DPS) and Corporate Customer Care (CCC). The role facilitates the understanding of critical business needs on behalf of DPS to the CCC team in order to drive the execution of key business objectives while also managing any changes that involve the customer service organization.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Primary contact with CCC on business issues related tocustomer service

  • Key interface to drive solutions regarding inventory,new products, policy changes, product quality, etc.,

  • Establish monthly meetings to discuss open tasks andprovide business updates

  • Organize applicable quarter-end execution forums

  • Create/Update customer service related processimprovement profiles

  • Ensures the adherence to applicable regional sales policies

  • Supports eSolutions onboarding and performanceimprovements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegree or related significant business experience of a minimum of 10 years incustomer service and/or supply chain

  • Strongresults orientation profile

  • Abilityto build sustainable and collaborative relationships

  • Stronginterpersonal skills

  • Abilityto influence key stakeholders both internal and external

  • Solidcommunication skills

The position reports to the North America Sales Ops Leader - Kevlar® & Nomex®. Location preference is Richmond, VA.
