Due to on-going growth and development of DuPont Sustainable Solutions in Europe, Middle East & Africa region, we are actively looking for an experienced Recruiter who will lead complex projects for our consulting business across the whole region.

DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) is the operations management consulting arm of the DuPont corporation. DSS is the partner of choice for many organizations looking to get rapid and sustainable results in the field of operational risk management, operational excellence and capital effectiveness. The DSS team consists of a balanced mix of top talented individuals with strong consulting and/or operations background that can provide industry’s best practices and proven methodologies to help addressing some of the biggest challenges and deliver maximum impact to clients in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Metals & Mining, Utility and Manufacturing industries.

Role Description:

The Europe Middle East Africa Talent Acquisition CoE (Centre of Excellence) supports the businesses strategy & growth by sourcing the best talent for DuPont. The primary focus of the team is resourcing immediate, priority hiring need whilst supporting the development of our strategic talent pipeline.

Responsible for recruiting for DuPont Sustainable Solution business across Europe, Middle East and Africa, you will develop relationships with hiring managers and HR to plan and execute recruiting projects. With an unyielding focus on quality - of both the talent recruited and the service provided to internal customers, as well as other key metrics including diversity, speed and cost.

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for recruiting the best possible talent for DuPont Sustainable Solutions internationally

  • Represent DuPont to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the DuPont employer brand in the region

  • Process leadership - responsible for leading the recruiting process – focusing on these key aspects:

  • Agreeing requirements & ensuring alignment

  • Talent sourcing strategy

  • Talent Mapping

  • Screening

  • Interview coordination & management

  • Offer stage

  • Communication until on boarding commences

  • Develop strong knowledge of DuPont, it’s industries and the key external talent pools

  • Apply direct search / networking methodology to identify talent within limited and / or specific candidate pools

  • Effectively leverage social media tools to source talent

  • Manage vacancy postings and candidate response on internal / external job boards

  • Strict adherence to all requisite internal & external standards

  • Participate in CoE projects and initiatives as required

  • Comply with all relevant standards both internally and externally.


  • Graduate degree or equivalent

  • Experienced recruiter from an in-house or search firm environment – with a strong track record in delivering challenging and complex searches

  • Recruitment experience from an engineering (i.e. consulting or project management) or manufacturing industry (i.e. pharmaceuticals), ideally with experience of recruiting in a technical consulting market

  • A good network in technical consulting environment would be a plus

  • Proficient at managing customer and stakeholder relationships including at senior level

  • Demonstrable proficiency in:

  • Successfully recruiting a variety of complex positions

  • Effectively managing and executing on a number of challenging priorities concurrently

  • Recruiting internationally – particularly with broad European knowledge

  • Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies

  • Partnering with and influencing internal customers, stakeholders, colleagues and external partners

  • Social Media

  • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy

  • Highly knowledge regarding recruitment processes, sourcing and selection techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated professionalism and capability to deliver

  • Fluent English
