We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to provide HR support for our seeds production facility in Poltava region, Ukraine, and cooperate with regional colleagues on regional projects.

Major responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling day-today human resources activities in accordance with Ukrainian Labor legislation and internal Company rules and procedures for DuPont;

  • Coordinate preparation and processing documentation of hiring, termination, promotion, and transfer of employees in accordance with Ukrainian Labor legislation and internal requirements simultaneously;

  • Participate in on-boarding process;

  • Provide data for HR admin and payroll processing provider;

  • Coordinates preparation and submission of HR admin and payroll related reports to the State authorities;

  • Coordinate HR related expatriates documentation processing issues;

  • Support talent development by providing advice how to develop needed skills for key talents;

  • Administrate employee benefits programs (life and disability insurance program, medical insurance program, e.t.);

  • Lead selection process for production employees;

  • Prepare various personnel HR related reports on monthly basis and on ad hoc basis;

  • Organize and provide trainings for employees, participate in development programs for employee;

  • Deals with routine queries from the employees in the first instance;

  • Cooperate with Ukrainian Ag universities to recruiting graduates for seasonal work and attracting best talents.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of relevant services in HR administration, as HR generalist

  • Bachelor (master is optional) University degree or equivalent in economics, accounting

  • Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, Upper-Intermediate – English

  • Good communication skills, “can do” attitude, attention to details, responsible team player, analytical skills, target oriented person

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor law, legislative instruments and regulations of Ukraine, HR documentation administration work, labor tax regulation law, payroll processing rules

  • Experience in cooperation with HR service providers (payroll vendor, seasonal staff leasing, outsourcing) - preferable

  • Good PC skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook); SAP HR/3 program will be a plus
