The Quality Supply Analyst is a temporary position (term 12 months) with responsibilities to support operational reviews and improvements to support the France commercial unit and the regional and local supply chain. This work will generate a number of shorter-term special projects and operational efforts to be completed during the season.
Location: Aussonne, France
Support operations reviews of the tools, processes, communications, and organization between the France commercial team (sales and marketing) and the local and regional supply chain team, including:
Sales forecast accuracy at hybrid and material level;
Supply availability estimates and internal allocation;
Monthly forecast for orders by hybrid and material;
Prioritization of production volumes during segmented supply phases;
Communication and flow between sales, sales administration, and production scheduling;
Coordinate and support short-term interventions to support business operational improvements.
Review and analyze key accounts requirements, evaluate the ability of the supply chain to meet these needs, and work with IO and commercial leadership to develop short- and mid-term process improvement to better serve the customer.
Understand and map the plant prioritization and scheduling process to understand issues with needs of regional and local sales. Analyze and make recommendations regarding Last Minute packaging and delivery to promise.
Bachelor’sDegree; Master’s degree beneficial
2-5 years’ professional experience;
Experience in supplychain or business analysis desired.
Strong analytical, data, and systems skills
Proactive and able to workindependently
Ability to deliver to deadline
Experience with SAP and CRM softwareand business processes is an advantage
Ability to influence and motivateacross functions and levels
Experience working in multinationalenvironment
Strong communications skills, bothwritten & verbal
Fluency in English andFrench
