Overall Purpose Of The Job

Develop overall business and organization in the assigned territory

Job Description

1. Sales,overall and breakdown by core product, by territory and customer, sell in andsell out

2. Customer satisfaction measure (NPS score) as measured bi-annual

3. # qualified sales staffs (ISPs) in assigned territory

4. % sales and marketing expenses against sales compared to target

Specific Tasks andResponsibilities

· Business planning and execution

o Build up and maintain an engaging customer network, maintain complete, update, accurate and on time customer database and execute effective customer relationship building activities.

Customers here include: farmers, retailers and distributors (or dealers).

o Conduct effective account penetration, account business planning and account management with selected distributors.

o Collaborate with MDO leader to develop robust territory field activity plan (including push and pull activities) on quarter basis to ensure deliver long terms and short terms business targets.

o Conduct objective setting (monthly, weekly), effectively deploy the objectives and activity plan to field force (ISP/MDO), track and follow up execution according to plan on regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly), ensure excellent execution against aligned objectives and plans and deliver numbers days in days out.

o Provide ontime, complete and reliable forecast for assigned territory.

o Collaborate with related internal functions and external parties to resolve execution issues including but not limited to order processing, credit, finance, operation (inventory and delivery), HR and legal local permission.

· Budget management

o Manage the execution and ensure spending (including but not limited to company asset use, marketing budget, sales promotion budget and others) is on right purpose and within approved budget.

o Ensure complete, on time and accurate Payment Request claims and follow through on time and accurate reimbursement to customers according to aligned plan and deadlines.

· Organization

o Provide effective and sufficient training and coaching to develop field force capability.

o Work closely with, provide on time support and meaningful encouragement and feedbacks to motivate field force and build a strong culture of ownership and can-do attitude.

o Enable and facilitate for strong collaboration among team members and build a united and winning team.

o Maintain high ethical and strong core value execution among field sales organization.

o Recruit and structure field sales organization at assigned territory to deliver best business outcomes.

Experience in agriculture business, enough to have good fast start

Experience in B2C sales is preferable

Comfortable with using MS Office, specially excel, powerpoint and email

Comfortable with written business English, with basic spoken English
