Regional Sales Executive - Crop Protection (Job Number: 015396W-01)
Primary Function: Achieving sales/ collection targets and network expand in the assigned areas
Responsible to develop annual PO, achieve assignedsales for annual, quarterly and monthly.
Lead, monitor and take action to deliver financialmetrics: Demand Forecast Accuracy/ AR collection/ DSO/ Bad Debts.
Develop effective partnership/ alliances with all levelof the value chain (farmers, key influences, retailers, dealers,distributors etc) to maximize market coverage and customers access, and togenerate optimum sales revenue.
Implementing Sales programs for the channel (Dealers/Retailers)
Working closely with sales team for achievement ofsales plan
Responsible for implementing marketing programsincluding new product launches
Responsible for over all business development in assignedarea
Taking lead in identifying and developing new businessopportunities
Regular and accurate update on market size,opportunities, business environment, competitive information, customersetc. to BM
Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies
Ensure full compliance with company policies
BSC/MSC/MBA in agriculture business Management with 5 - 6 years experience in sales preferably in pesticides.
