HR Technology Support Analyst - WORKDAY (Job Number: 015785W-01)


The HR Technology Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the run and maintain operational activities for the in scope HR Direct technology solutions. The role will be the primary support contact for the Homero Service Center and is accountable for maintaining the support processes for the solutions, supporting the triage and resolution of identified solution issues and providing guidance to the HR Service Center team on the governance of the solution.


  • Develop and execute production support processes for the in scope HR Direct solutions including Workday, SharePoint Portal, SalesForce Case and Knowledge Management, and technical integrations

  • Execute the key HR Technology activities including Strategy and Portfolio Management, Application Maintenance and Support, Information Management, Security and Compliance, Interim Processes and Integration Management

  • Responsible for day to day management of the HRSC escalation activities; responsible for the timely escalation, routing and resolution of issues in accordance with the defined issue triage and resolution process

  • Coordinate and integrate across DuPont support organizations and Third Party Providers including supporting issue identification, issue triage, issue resolution and communication

  • Responsible for reviewing and administering the HR Project portfolio and planning process including handoffs from the HR Operations Change Control process

  • Manage the execution of solution governance process including managing relationships with Key solution vendors owned by the HR Function and integrating with IT Vendor Relationship owners for Enterprise solutions (i.e and SharePoint)

  • Accountable for the resolution of all solution issues in a timely manner and in tracking the Service Level Agreements and associated metrics


  • Strong HR Technology / HRIS and HR process experience and expertise

  • Strong Workday or similar HCM background

  • Project management experience and analytical skills and specifically issue triage and management skills

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Strong HR functional expertise and operations acumen

  • Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, influencing and cross-functional teamwork skills

  • 3-5 years of Global HR Process and HR Technology / HRIS experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Technology or Business field

  • Excellent communication, writing and facilitation skills

  • Experience working with global payroll integrations preferred but not required
